• Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger postings, and reconciliations for private equity funds.
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and partner capital statements.
• Support capital call and distribution processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculate management fees, carried interest, and fund performance metrics.li>
• Participate in annual audit processes by preparing work papers and responding to auditor requests.
• Collaborate with client service teams to deliver accurate and timely investor reporting.
• Gain exposure to partnership agreements, fund structures, and private markets operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably within private equity, private markets, or alternative investments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; solid Excel skills required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred but not required.
