The Head of VIP owns and defines the entire VIP function across casino, sports book, and Predict. This role is responsible for strategy, operations, player relationship management, revenue growth, and building a world‑class VIP ecosystem for high‑value customers.

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end VIP strategy across all product verticals.
• Build a scalable VIP framework aligned with commercial goals.
• Develop segmentation, reward structures, and lifecycle strategies for high‑value players.

• Manage top‑tier VIP relationships directly.
• Ensure personalised, high‑touch service to maximise retention and lifetime value.
• Oversee communication standards, service quality, and player experience.

• Drive VIP revenue targets across casino, sports book, and Predict.
• Analyse player behaviour, activity, and risk to optimise performance.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, and reactivation.

• Build, lead, and mentor the VIP team.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure operational excellence.
• Establish training, processes, and best practices for VIP hosts and managers.

• Work closely with product, marketing, CRM, risk, and compliance teams.
• Align VIP initiatives with product updates, campaigns, and market expansions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

• Proven experience leading VIP or high‑value customer programs in iGaming.
• Strong background in crypto‑friendly environments is an advantage.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth through VIP operations.
