This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Site - Project Coordinator to lead comprehensive project management and support across mechanical and electrical engineering projects. The role emphasizes on-field work on international assignments, ensuring successful project execution from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operations Management: Oversee on-site industrial projects, managing the installation, relocation, and decommissioning of machinery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including electricians and mechanics, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.
• Project Planning & Control: Develop detailed project plans, control project timelines, budgets, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating contract costs and variations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Apply health and safety legislation, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of quality and safety across all projects, conducting regular inspections and audits.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing industrial projects, particularly in machinery relocation and installation on-site.

  Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical contracting. Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Education: Advanced technical qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (electrical or mechanical).
• Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under demanding project deadlines.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments.
