Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser – Mondelēz International

Join our team of Part‑time Nabisco Merchandisers to support the merchandising needs of customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining displays.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (
  Oreo
  , Ritz
  , belVita
  , Chips Ahoy
  , Triscuit
  , etc.) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• Positive professional attitude, self‑motivated, works independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing/pulling 50 lbs. Includes moving products from stock rooms to store floor.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Eureka, MO (primary) or Union, MO (secondary).
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday‑Thursday, 7:00 AM start.

Hourly compensation rate $14.00–$16.00 based on experience.
