Weekend RN Nurse Supervisor

• Full-time 12-hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

• $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidate. Sign-on bonus is paid out over 12 monthly payments.
• Night shift differential pay: $1.50 per hour
• Paid Time Off (PTO+) added after 30 days of employment; PTO accrues with continued employment (full-time only)
• PTO+ earned for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)
• 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full-time employees
• Up to $5,000 per calendar year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs
• Take home up to 75% of net earned wages at the end of every shift
• 401(k) retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provide services that meet and exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
• Assign nursing care to team members according to resident needs, and staff capabilities
• Administer medications
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
• Document treatments as required
• Ensure supplies are used economically and that equipment is clean and maintained safely
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
• One year of nursing experience is preferred
• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Valid CPR certification
• Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and at all levels of the organization
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
