- Full-time 12-hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidate. Sign-on bonus is paid out over 12 monthly payments.
- Night shift differential pay: $1.50 per hour
- Paid Time Off (PTO+) added after 30 days of employment; PTO accrues with continued employment (full-time only)
- PTO+ earned for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)
- 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full-time employees
- Up to $5,000 per calendar year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs
- Take home up to 75% of net earned wages at the end of every shift
- 401(k) retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment

- Monthly employee appreciation events and contests
- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- Provide services that meet and exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members according to resident needs, and staff capabilities
- Administer medications
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments as required
- Ensure supplies are used economically and that equipment is clean and maintained safely
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Valid CPR certification
- Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and at all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
