Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients
Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable)
Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served
Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed
Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations
Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support
Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol
Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities
Provide licensure supervision (if applicable)
Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required
Licensure
Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
