Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and identify any unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate records of access control activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by the site.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors to address questions or concerns related to access procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership to provide feedback on security-related procedures and suggest improvements where appropriate.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
