This is a full-time, on-site Painter position located in Union City, TN. As a Painter at Excel Boat Company, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to boats and boat components to ensure quality finishes. Daily tasks will include surface preparation, mixing paints, and utilizing painting tools and equipment to achieve desired results. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace will be crucial for success in this role.

• Experience with surface preparation techniques such as sanding, cleaning, and masking
• Proficiency in operating painting tools and equipment, including sprayers and brushes
• Knowledge of paint types, mixing, and application for various materials
• Understanding of safety practices and guidelines related to handling paints and chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve high‑quality finishes
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Experience in the marine or automotive industry is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site at our Union City, TN location
