As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations.

Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Union City site is looking for a new Quality Auditor to join our Contract Logistics team. As a Contract Logistics Quality Auditor, you will report to a Lead or Supervisor and ensure that all product is audited and inspected before shipment.

Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
.

• Ensure processes are followed to ensure accuracy and that quality standards are met
• Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
• Identify non-conformances
• Monitor quality of outgoing shipments
• Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
• Resolve discrepancies or escalates according to process
• Work overtime and weekends
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• 1 or more year of experience in a full-time quality role such as Quality Auditor, Quality Specialist, or Quality Inspector
• Basic technical and math skills
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
