Warehouse - Lead

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model, assisting with planning, overseeing, and participating in warehouse operations and activities.

Able to work the required scheduled shifts deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.

• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
