About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team in a fast paced warehouse environment in Union City California. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and hands on experience with inventory control and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Track, record, and update inventory using WMS, RF scanners, or tablets
• Pick orders using a tablet and ensure order accuracy
• Perform heavy lifting of boxes throughout the shift
• Lift and move products weighing 50 pounds or more
• Ensure accurate labeling, placement, and organization of inventory
• Assist with receiving, put away, replenishment, and shipping support
• Maintain clean and organized inventory storage areas
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams
• Perform basic data entry and report shortages or errors

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or a related field
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stand for extended periods
• Experience using RF scanners, tablets, or inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read and write English at a level required for successful job performance
• Personal protective equipment required including steel toe shoes
