Overview of Position:

A Factory Store General Manager is responsible for overall daily operations which includes, but are not limited to overseeing all aspects of production, sales, facilities management, ordering, processing and human resources. Essential functions are “Creating Magic Moments” for our guests while driving sales with a detailed plan to grow the business and managing costs. Additionally, the Factory store General Managers have the additional responsibility of producing product and managing a larger staff to accommodate the needs of tunnel oven stores in addition to the front retail location.

The Factory Store General Manager is responsible for having a thorough understanding of production and maintaining a high level of quality products, managing proper production orders to ensure adequate product levels to prevent outages, minimize waste, control food cost, maintain high food quality standards in both the Factory Store as well as the Tunnel Oven store(s) they support.

• Ensuring all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and in turn, guarantee customer satisfaction
