A competitive salary range of $75,300 – $100,000 plus bonus potential is offered, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Responsible for leadership and management in a high‑volume, complex warehouse, overseeing all warehouse activities.

• Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all inbound functions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all team associates understand and operate within organizational, operational, inventory control, safety, and service policies and procedures.
• Coach, train, direct, and counsel operational associates on overall performance.
• Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance of all team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong organization, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.

• Requires considerable time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
• May require additional hours during peak periods.
• Capable of working flexible hours, including overnight, early morning, and/or late evening.
• May require working at heights up to 8 feet.
• May require lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50 pounds.
