We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Design Engineering Manager to join our team in Union City, CA. The successful candidate will lead team of talented electrical design engineers, driving innovation and excellence in the design and development of electrical systems and components. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve company objectives.

• Lead and manage the electrical design engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, schematics, and test plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of electrical design innovation.
• Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for electrical design-related matters within the organization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical design engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex electrical design projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and tools, including CAD software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards relevant to electrical systems and components.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
