Our agency opened in 2003 and currently has a team of 3. I come from a high-tech background and made a career change that led me to agency ownership, a decision that’s allowed me to build something meaningful and people-focused. I hold an MBA, CHFC, and WNCP, and I’m passionate about both professional growth and serving the community.
We stay active locally by participating in events like Easter egg hunts and church festivals, and we love celebrating together as a team. We offer perks such as Casual Fridays, birthday celebrations, Christmas events, a 401(k), and paid licensing.
Our culture is built on growth, communication, and collaboration. I’m looking for loyal, coachable individuals who want to continuously improve and reach their full potential. If you’re someone who thrives in a supportive, people-centered environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
