Warehouse Clerk

We are seeking a Clerk to support daily operations within our logistics facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys administrative work, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational records, logs, and reports
• Process inbound and outbound shipment documentation
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to coordinate workflow
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts
• Support customer service inquiries and internal communication
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous clerical, administrative, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS/TMS experience a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a warehouse or transportation environment
