- Ensure office operations run safely, smoothly, and effectively.
- Maintain and manage the Company’s office supplies; work with vendors; schedule maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor health and safety of employees.
- Ensure upkeep is on schedule; help plan the budget; manage inside areas of the facility.
- Assign tasks to vendors for maintaining equipment.
- High level of attention to detail and initiative.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders; experience providing administrative support to the President and COO, including coordinating the President’s calendar and organizing appointments.
