Bilingual JE Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant (79439-1) Responsibilities
  • Ensure office operations run safely, smoothly, and effectively.
  • Maintain and manage the Company’s office supplies; work with vendors; schedule maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor health and safety of employees.
  • Ensure upkeep is on schedule; help plan the budget; manage inside areas of the facility.
  • Assign tasks to vendors for maintaining equipment.
Qualifications
  • High level of attention to detail and initiative.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders; experience providing administrative support to the President and COO, including coordinating the President’s calendar and organizing appointments.
