Home Health Registered Nurse | Umatilla, Oregon

An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health care to provide compassionate, patient-centered services in a rural Northeast Oregon community. This role involves delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assisted living and adult foster care settings, requiring independent work with minimal supervision.

Schedule

• Full-time, 13-week contract
• Day shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Weekend rotation shared among five clinicians
• Not to exceed 40 hours per week
• Rotational schedule includes alternate Thursdays and Fridays off surrounding weekend shifts

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of three years nursing experience
• Home Health nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Valid BLS certification required
• Must have reliable personal transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in patients' homes, assisted living, or adult foster care settings
• Assess patient conditions and provide skilled nursing interventions
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
