About The PositionThe Office & Treasury Operations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for the Ulysses main office. This role combines front-office administrative responsibilities with financial operations support, including daily cash reporting, ACH processing, intercompany cash transfers, and collections coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, customers, and incoming calls at the Ulysses main office while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Provide administrative support to Finance, Credit, and Leadership teams, including coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Support daily treasury and cash operations by preparing cash reports, assisting with reconciliations, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.
- Assist with ACH setup, intercompany cash transfers, and invoice processing in alignment with internal controls and company procedures.
- Support accounts receivable and collections activities, including professional customer follow-up and documentation of collection efforts.
- Monitor and respond to treasury-related inquiries and provide internal and external customer support.
- Collaborate with departments across Grain, Agronomy, and Fuel business lines to support payment process improvements and customer service initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of office administration, accounting, banking, or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and phone presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with ERP or financial systems preferred
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
