Production Manager

Responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, improving efficiency, and leading a team to deliver high-performance results.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet customer demand and delivery targets
• Ensure efficient use of labour, equipment, and materials across all production lines
• Maintain high quality and safety standards throughout the production process
• Lead, train, and manage production staff, including supervisors and operators
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Monitor inventory, materials usage, and minimise scrap and stockouts
• Prepare production reports and ensure compliance with regulatory and manufacturing standards
• Support new product launches and cross-functional initiatives with R&D, Supply Chain, and Engineering

• Proven experience in managing production operations, ideally in manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and managing teams
• Excellent production planning and organisational abilities to meet deadlines and targets
• Solid understanding of quality control, health & safety, and compliance standards
• Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and efficiency optimisation
• Knowledge of materials management, inventory control, and waste reduction
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and support new product launches
