The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, both remotely and on-site.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment.
• Deliver user-focused technical training where required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
• Work independently and collaboratively to resolve technical problems efficiently.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role.
• Experience with technical support and troubleshooting skills across a range of IT systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
