Pop Up Drinks Assistant

Seasonal contract:
End April to end October 2026, 5 days per week, 11am to 8pm. Shore front accommodation available.

Rhidorroch Distillery is recruiting a Drinks Assistant to run its seasonal pop‑up at The Seafood Shack in Ullapool. This role suits someone friendly and confident who enjoys chatting with customers and working in a busy coastal setting during the summer season.

• Prepare and serve drinks at the distillery pop‑up.
• Sell bottled products to customers.
• Engage with visitors and share information about the brand.
• Handle payments and operate the till.
• Set up and pack down the pop‑up each day.

This is a seasonal role running from the end of April to the end of October 2026. The position is five days per week from 11am to 8pm.

• Applicants must be over 18.
• You should be confident speaking with customers.
• You must be reliable and able to work independently.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not essential.

• Seasonal work in Ullapool during the summer season.
• Shore front accommodation available.
• Full training provided.
