Manufacturing ​/ Production Technician, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Purpose  The purpose of the job is to compile the RM dispensing activity to meet the day-to-day production requirements.  Position / Job Title  Associate   Department  Warehouse   No. of post  One  Reporting To Vikram Singh Location  Ambernath  Years of Experience  Fresher (on job training for the period of one year)   Dosage Form  Solid Oral / Nasal / Liquid   

Job Responsibilities

Dispensing of raw as well as packing materials.
To monitor daily environmental records and opening, closing of department.
Adherence to cGMP and SOPs.
To perform and ensure cleaning of area & its recording.
To prepare and keep update location chart for RM and PM.
To follow FIFO/FEFO for stock rotation.
Calibration/daily verification of balances and other equipment as per SOPs & schedule.
To ensure safe handling of equipment and materials in warehouse.
To make entries in daily logbooks related to e-log, Samved and stock-one.
To complete the software entries related to inventory in time.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

Must have graduation in science /

D. Pharm
