Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Ulhasnagar. The Academic Counselor will assist students in planning their education and career paths, provide personalized career and academic counseling, and guide students in making informed decisions about courses and skill development programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining student records, supporting enrollment processes, and coordinating with trainers and faculty members to ensure program success.

The counselor will act as a liaison between students and the institution to support student success and well-being.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in their academic and professional growth
Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with students, faculty, and industry partners
Experience in Academic Advising and providing support for students in their educational journey
Knowledge of Education practices and career development trends
Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and utilizing tools for student management
Relevant degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in academic or career counseling roles is an advantage
