We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-groomed  Front Desk Receptionist  to join  Maharajah The Royal Resort . The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a warm and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in AMBERNATH , MUMBAI MAHARASHTRA  for a Front Desk Receptionist. The responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties involve performing clerical tasks such as managing paperwork, coordinating schedules, and maintaining an organised front desk area to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering and directing calls professionally
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as managing documents, schedules, and office supplies
Exceptional Communication skills for interacting effectively with clients, team members, and visitors
Customer Service experience with a focus on providing a positive guest experience
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to be a team player and maintain a professional demeanour
Familiarity with office equipment and software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
