, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes every customer and ensures they leave with a smile. Most of your day will be spent at the register, but you’ll also play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly stocking shelves, keeping things clean, receiving deliveries, and supporting the overall customer experience. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Welcome every customer with a smile, thank them, and invite them back
• Deliver a fast, friendly, professional checkout experience
• Suggest promotions and specials to enhance the customer’s visit
• Ring up sales accurately, following all company policies and laws for restricted products (must be legal age)
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and out
• Restock shelves, coolers, displays, and fast-food areas
• Support food prep and service at Aztec Grill, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices
• Assist with labeling, rotating stock, and keeping displays organized
• Take on additional duties to support store operations

Skills/

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
• A positive, customer-first attitude with great communication skills
• A team player who leads by example and always does the right thing
• Ability to stay calm, think fast, and adapt to change
• Must meet legal age requirements to sell alcohol, tobacco, and other regulated products.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift to 20 lbs. frequently (65 lbs. occasionally)
• Work safely in environments with varying temperatures, noise, fumes, and cleaning chemicals

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Suggest purchases to the customer to promote store specials.
• Accurately ring up sales and merchandise, offering customers available discounts/promotions while following all company policies and applicable laws regarding restricted sales. Must be the legal age to sell and stock these products.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as needed.
• Clean fast-food area, equipment, and stock as needed.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed.
• Properly label, rotate and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Availability to support business needs for a 24/7 operation including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Previous Cashier or Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required.
