Part Time Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and confident
** RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse
** to help lead our nursing team. If you’re passionate about supporting residents, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional clinical care, we’d love to meet you.
** What You’ll Do
*** Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff during your shift
* Ensure resident care is delivered safely and according to care plans
* Support team members with guidance, coaching, and problem-solving
* Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
* Respond to emergencies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
** What We’re Looking For
*** Active California RN license
* Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
* Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality resident care
