** We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Redwood Cove, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
** Responsibilities:
*** Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
* Help residents with mobility and transfers
* Assist with mealtime activities and feeding as needed
* Document resident care activities and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
* Adhere to all facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents

* Qualifications:

*** Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California
* Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
