As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Melmerby youll be responsible for:
Directly line managing 15 20 Operations Assistants, ensuring work has been delegated appropriately Conducting annual reviews, probation meetings, recruitment and absence management Ensuring the team have hit KPIs and verifying all picking, packing and loading have been completed correctly Getting stuck into warehouse duties and supporting the team This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 2.00pm 10.00pm And heres what wed like you to have:
Previous warehouse experience with a history of completing warehouse duties effectively People and talent management skills. Previous warehouse team leader experience is desirable A proactive approach and to be able to get stuck in and support the team To be comfortable and able to work in a fast-paced environment We look forward to receiving your application!
