We're recruiting an IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic at Swindon Workshop on a Permanent contract, with the potential to earn up to £70k per annum including overtime.

Working Hours:
Full time - 39.5hrs hours per week (rotating shift pattern; week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, week 2: 12:30 - 21:00). You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a weekday day off).

• Salary: £39,715 per annum plus a weekly shift allowance of £87.58 when working the shift ending at 21:00.
• Additional weekend supplement on Saturday: £52.10 per shift is applicable.

• Perform a full range of inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures on a range of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
• Use personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair of light / heavy goods vehicles.
• Access specialist tooling and shared equipment in modern, fully equipped workshops.

• Qualified mechanic: Fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent). Own personal toolkit for standard repairs.
• Varied vehicle experience: Proven Vehicle Technician experience working on a wide range of vehicles.
• Valid UK driving licence: Full manual UK driving licence.
• High working standards: Take pride in your work and do what is necessary to make sure the job is done effectively.
• Flexible to service demands: Able to work on a flexible shift rota. Always willing to support your team where necessary.
