A Day in the Life

You start your shift by heading to your assigned bus route or stop. Equipped with your Ipsos tablet, forms, and , you hop on the bus and begin your journey.

As the bus travels through your local area, you:

Approach passengers during their journey

Ask a short set of questions

Capture their experiences and feedback

Occasionally record footfall as required

Some shifts involve
** being on the bus for the full route**, while others may involve
** a fixed three‑hour session at a bus stop or bus station**. Either way,
** free travel is provided on the bus you interview on**.
