• Provide driver cover over multiple depots in the Caldicot region as part of ongoing driver recruitment.
• Operate as a Class 2 driver, performing multi-drop deliveries/collections where required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication with clients and colleagues.
• Utilise timekeeping effectively and demonstrate initiative in daily duties.
• Participate in training and development as part of the induction programme.

• You must hold a Class 2 licence.
• Experience with multi-drop delivery/collections.
• You must hold your driver CPC.
• You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach are essential for a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in timekeeping and using initiative.
• A CSCS card would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Experience in loading/unloading plant would be favourable but is not essential as full training will be provided.
• You will receive an excellent training induction programme, including approved IPAF Operator and load/unload training.
