Delivery Driver; Mate

We're looking for warm, professional and reliable Home Delivery Specialist Mate (Drivers Mate) to join our dedicated distribution team.

As a Home Delivery Specialist Mate
, you'll partner with a Driver and be a trusted face of Neptune - delivering not only our products, but a lasting impression. With every delivery, every conversation, and every carefully placed piece of furniture, you'll ensure our customers feel looked after and genuinely delighted.

• Deliver and install Neptune items with care, empathy, and precision inside customers' homes across the country
• Support with carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Use equipment and techniques to safely load, unload and move heavy furniture items
• Perform risk assessments at each delivery site and resolve issues when they arise
• Use handheld devices to complete delivery records accurately and efficiently
• Keep your vehicle clean and organised, both inside and out
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues
• Follow all company policies and safety standards
• Be a proud ambassador for Neptune in your conduct, presentation and attitude

Hours of work are a minimum of 40 hours per week over 4 days covering Monday to Saturday and includes 2 nights stay away per week. Salaries are competitive alongside with bonuses.
