XPO Logistics are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Saint Gobain Contract in Robertsbridge. This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique operation. Youll be comfortable delivering our commitment to the customer and driving the operation forwards does this sound like something for you?

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum dpendant on experience and shift. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day:

• Take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the late site and Transport operation, including the relationship with the customer.
• Drive operational compliance and maintain Health and Safety standards.
• Ensure that all KPIs are hit and meet the customer SLAs
• Get involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
• Maintain stock file accuracy through both manual and automated WMS.
