HGV Class 1 Driver - Trunking

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for well-established supermarket trunking work based out of Redhouse, Doncaste DN6 7FB. This is straightforward trunking with no loading or unloading – simply trailer swaps back onto the bay.

• PAYE pay rates (Paid Weekly) – £16.95–£21.41 per hour.
• Consolidated pay rates (Paid Weekly) – £19–£24 per hour.
• Competitive pay with early night rate start – Earn £16.95–£24 per hour.

• Supermarket trunking work – trailer swaps only, no handball.
• 2–3 drops per shift.
• Well-planned routes and modern vehicles.

7‑day operation – work available every day. Flexible rota patterns available. Afternoon & evening starts only. Start times between 2 pm and 8 pm. Night rate paid from midday for the full shift.

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 6 months class 1 experience.
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card.
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations.
• Reliable and professional attitude.

• Consistent work with a major supermarket operation.
• Clean, easy trunking work.

• Night shifts.
• 24/7 on‑site support.
