Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Operative / Van Driver to join our team in a varied, hands‑on role with a can‑do attitude. This position combines yard and warehouse duties with driving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading vans and trucks safely and efficiently
Preparing and loading the company vehicles for deliveries
Delivering materials & plant to company sites in Central London, assisting with unloading on arrival
General warehouse and yard maintenance duties
Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
Keeping company vehicles clean and ready for use
Standard working week of 37.5 hours
Overtime opportunities available
Competitive salary, dependent on experience
Training provided where required

Skills & Experience Required

Full, clean UK driving licence
Forklift licence advantageous, though training can be provided
Applicants must be 25 years or over for insurance purposes
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
