In this role,youlloversee transport operations across multiple sites, ensuring everything runs efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively.
Youlllead teams,optimizefleet performance,maintain service standards, and drive continuous improvement.
Youllalso work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service while managing budgets andidentifyingopportunities to improve profitability. Pay, benefits and more:

Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day transport operations, manage fleet performance, driver scheduling, and route planning Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with on-site customers, resolve issues quickly, and ensure service excellence Leadership & Development:
Lead and motivate transport teams, fostering collaboration and growth Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to transport legislation, conduct audits, andmaintainhealth & safety standards Financial Control:
Manage budgets,monitorcosts, andidentifysavings without compromising quality Continuous Improvement:
Use data to drive efficiency and implement process improvements Stakeholder Management:
Act as the go-to contact for internal teams and external partners What you need to succeed at XPO:
Proven experience in transport orlogisticsmanagement (multi-site experience ideal) Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability toanalyzedata and implement improvements CPC in Transport Management (preferred) Full UK Driving Licence Be part of something big.?
