Freeway Recruitment is recruiting for Class 2 Hiab drivers on a temporary basis for casual work, Monday to Friday.
PositionClass 2 Hiab driver – operating both 18 and 26 tonne vehicles.
Job SummaryBrick grab work, delivering building materials to small and medium sites across the city and wider region.
Starts at 07:00 a.m. This is a 6‑day operation with shifts available Monday to Saturday on a 5‑ or 6‑day week rotating.
Pay £17.00 per hour PAYE with overtime of £25.50 after 9 hours per day and all day on Saturday.
Requirements- Full, valid Class 2 licence, ideally held for at least 2 years with a minimum of 12 months of driving experience on Class 2 vehicles.
- No more than 6 points on the licence with NO DR, DD, IN CD endorsements.
- Valid CPC and tacho card.
- Valid ALLMI Hiab certificate with Brick Grab and Remote.
- At least 1 year of experience operating the brick grab.
