Position: FLT Driver – Immediate Starts (Permanent, Temporary)

M4 Specialist Recruitment is looking for experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Drivers to join a busy drinks manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure work with immediate starts available and the potential to earn a permanent contract after 12 weeks.

Your Responsibilities

* Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently

* Loading lines and unloading vehicles in a fast-paced environment

* Moving stock within the warehouse areas

* Carrying out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

* Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Need

* A valid FLT licence accredited by AITT, RTITB, NPORS, ITSSAR, or Lantra - if you are unsure, please still apply.

* Previous FLT driving experience in a warehouse or distribution setting

* Reliability, adaptability, and a team-focused approach

* Ability to work efficiently and follow health & safety procedures
