Experience and Qualifications Required A full Pilates Reformer qualification Be confident teaching group Reformer Pilates classes An excellent communicator and able to motivate members to achieve their fitness goals Professional people skills and adaptable to change Self-driven and competitive Experience delivering first class customer service Diversity, equity and inclusion are at the heart of what we value as an organisation.
