Supervising Social Worker - Swindon
An established fostering agency is currently seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Workers to join their supportive team. This role is designed for a practitioner who values having a genuine voice within their organisation and thrives in an environment where creativity and professional passion are encouraged. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping positive outcomes for children and families.
Summary of Job- Location: Based in Swindon
- Caseload: Two post available - 1 covering Oxford and Swindon & 1 covering Gloucester and Swindon.
- Purpose: To provide high-quality supervision and support to foster carers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

- Ensure all safeguarding protocols and fostering legislation's are strictly adhered to.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service by sharing ideas and innovative practices.
- Participate in a telephone-only out-of-hours support rota to assist carers when needed.
- Facilitate therapeutic support and guidance to help carers navigate complex challenges.
