• Offer direct support to families with a realistic caseload of 10-12 families.
• Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to enable foster parents to be informed, accept, understand, and operate within regulations and national minimum standards.
• Collaborate with the therapy team for reflective supervision and with Education Advisors (EAGALs) supporting therapeutic parenting work.

• Desire to be a team player who wants to achieve best possible outcomes for children and foster carers.
• Experience of working in the fostering sector and/or children/young people in social care.
• Formal social work qualification.
• Registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
• Valid driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Individual and group clinical supervision provided by a qualified psychotherapist.
• Hybrid working role – 2 days in office, remainder at home.
