A well-established and busy dealership in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic to join its professional workshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vehicle technician looking for a stable role, strong earning potential and genuine work-life balance with no weekend work. You will be working within a modern workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and a strong bonus structure.

• No weekend work - Monday to Friday schedule
• Basic salary up to £34,000 DOE
• OTE £45,000+ with achievable bonus structure

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Perform diagnostics and fault finding where required
• Complete work to manufacturer and safety standards
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Accurately document work carried out and parts used
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain productivity

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
• MOT Licence beneficial but not essential
• Own tools and toolbox
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
