Job Title: Social Housing Joiner
Location: Manchester
Start Date: 9th March 2026
Contract: Up to 12 months

We are currently seeking an experienced Social Housing Joiner to work on refurbishment schemes across Manchester. This role involves working in occupied properties, completing high-quality joinery works in tenants' homes.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery

  • Blue CSCS Card

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Basic DBS issued within the last 12 months (assistance available if required)

Duties:

  • Carrying out joinery works on social housing refurbishment projects

  • Working professionally and respectfully in occupied homes

What's Included:

  • Company van & fuel card (business use only)

  • Full work uniform provided
