TLG are recruiting 2 Electrical Supervisors for a well-established 20m turnover electrical contractor specialising in commercial and mixed-use projects across London and the South East, delivering schemes up to 5m in value.

They are currently seeking 2 experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a 3m commercial fit-out project in Central London. The project is due to run for approximately 12 months, offering long-term continuity of work.

As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site-based electrical installation works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

• Supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors on site

• Coordinating day-to-day site activities in line with programme requirements

• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations

• Liaising with the Project Manager, main contractor, and client team

• Delivering toolbox talks and site briefings

• Monitoring quality standards and installation progress

• Supporting commissioning and project handover

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Electrical Supervisor role

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification

• Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)

• ECS/CSCS card

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Experience working on projects in Central London preferred
