Electrical Supervisor

The Role

• Full-time, site-based position overseeing electrical installation and maintenance projects

• Supervising electricians and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

• Managing daily site operations and coordinating schedules

• Carrying out inspections to ensure quality and compliance

• Ensuring all work adheres to current electrical and safety regulations

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues as they arise

• Providing technical support and guidance to engineers and operatives

• Liaising with clients to ensure project specifications and expectations are met

• Promoting and maintaining excellent health & safety standards on site

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide teams effectively

• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and handling Electrical Equipment

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and engineering principles

• Up-to-date knowledge of current regulations and safety standards

• Familiarity with NICEIC requirements

• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Confident leading teams and working independently

• Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset

• SSSTS or SMSTS
