Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineer

£38,000 - £45,000 per year

Airwaves FM are currently recruiting skilled Maintenance Engineers to work in our reactive and planned maintenance team.

Airwaves FM offer our clients a number of trades and maintenance packages including but not limited to:

Carpentry

Hard Landscaping

Bathroom and kitchen fitting

Windows and Doors

Plumbing

Electrical maintenance

Painting and decorating

Fabric Repairs

General Building

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver a number of these trades to a high-standard, any combination of skillsets will be considered for the position to ensure the department has a good distribution of trades.

Airwaves hold several contracts across the following sectors:

Property Management

Health & Leisure

Local Authority

Retail & Hospitality

House Builders and Developers

Your place of work will be our client s work sites. Your working hours will be between 7am 4pm (on site)
You will be provided with a company vehicle to carry out your work.

Our work sites are generally within a 60 mile radius of Coventry/Birmingham however incentizied out of town work is also included in the role.

Overtime will be available on request, as well as call outs for favourable rates.

The salary range will be between £38,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum based on skillset and experience, this may be subject to successful passing of probation period.
