MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE / SOCIAL HOUSING (SCOTTISH BORDERS) Day Rate: £240 £ 260 per day (CIS / Ltd, depending on experience)

Short-term remedial works initially, with further work available Are you an experienced finisher / multi-trade operative looking for well-paid, clean remedial work? Were supporting a retrofit delivery partner who urgently needs a skilled finisher to complete snagging and air tightness remedial works following inspection. This is not general building and not full installs its detail-focused finishing work in completed properties. If you take pride in neat, professional work and can move quickly, wed like to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing Resealing internal window junctions Sealing around sockets, service penetrations and pipework Minor plaster making-good where disturbed by sealing works Internal snagging and finishing tasks Leaving properties clean and tidy Taking clear completion photos

What Were Looking For ? Proven experience as a Finisher / Multi-Trade Operative ? Strong attention to detail and tidy finishes ? Comfortable working independently ? Reliable and professional approach ? Own tools and transport ? Able to cover the Scottish Borders / South-East Scotland Retrofit or snagging experience beneficial but not essential. Why Apply?
