Joiner, Carpentry

Position: Joiner (Contract)
Location: Wenvoe

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to carry out vacant property works across the Vale of Glamorgan. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong all-round carpentry experience.

* Location:

Quarry Road, Wenvoe, Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, CF5 6AA

* Hours:

Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week

* Contract:

52-week contract, ongoing

* Start Date:

ASAP

* Salary:
Negotiable, dependent on experience

* Vehicle:
Own vehicle required

Key Responsibilities:

* Kitchen fitting in vacant council properties

* Installation of internal doors, frames, and ironmongery

* General carpentry repairs and refurbishment works

* Preparing vacant properties to a high standard for re-let

* Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements

About You:

* Proven experience in kitchen fitting and general carpentry

* Qualified or time-served carpenter

* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
