This role offers a flexible, meaningful career that contributes to the sustainable growth of crofting businesses. It is based in our Balivanich office and supports around 300 crofting businesses through a varied and rewarding role.
The role combines administrative, technical, and client‑facing responsibilities, including managing appointments, maintaining CRM records, preparing paperwork for RPID and the Crofting Commission, and supporting consultants with events and meetings. Knowledge of crofting is desirable, but strong organisational skills, a team‑focused approach, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new IT systems are essential.

Minimum QualificationsThe successful candidate will be educated to SCQF level 6 (SCQF Higher Level) including a high degree of numeracy or possess equivalent experience.
